You can return the items you purchased within 14 business days from the date of their arrival. All items must be returned in the same condition they were delivered.
All tags must be in place and original boxes and packaging must be returned in mint condition. We cannot process refunds for damaged products.
In the case of exchange, Linda Mendes will not charge additional fees for shipping the new item.
Please follow these steps:
- Wrap the goods carefully in the original packaging
- We offer free returns on items not on sale. (If you are not entitled to a free return shipping will be at your own expense. We recommend using an express courier with tracking number. If you choose to return items by post, please register your parcel.)
- Add the "INVOICE" and "RETURN PROFORMA INVOICE" (both documents will have been sent with your order)
- Clearly mark your return shipment as returned goods on any customs or courier forms. On the "RETURN PROFORMA INVOICE" tick only the items you are returning.
- We will schedule a pick up for your return. Send us an e-mail with "Return + Order Number" in the subject ﬁeld to the following address: firstname.lastname@example.org. Please state your name and surname, telephone number and reason for the return in the email.
